Surprise!

Tomorrow is a big day for me.  I have been tasked with bringing the guest of honor to a surprise baby shower.  I have created a fake meeting that has to last exactly 15 minutes.  After which I need to somehow get this guy to a conference room on the other side of the floor.  I have put a lot of thought into my plan and I still have no idea.  How am I going to end the meeting early? What am I going to say to convince him that he needs to go to the other room?  I really want it to be a good surprise…not one of the awkward moments when they know something is coming but not sure what.  I will report back on the results and how I made it work.  I remember when my wife was expecting how moved I was by the party thrown by my co-workers.  I wanted to do the same for this guy.  But hopefully his wife won't have the baby the day after the shower like mine did.  Hard to believe that was almost 7 years ago.  Well wish me luck tomorrow.
